Instead of throwing in the towel, he figured out a workaround, diagnosed why the HVAC kept shutting off, and got everything running safely. Beyond being incredibly skilled and professional, Josh is a genuinely kind person. He always shows up with a smile, chats with the family, and swaps quick stories about our pups. He’s just a good human who clearly takes pride in doing the job right.
