- CBChristina BrownOct 18, 20251.0Thet do fine unless your dryer stops working a couple of days past when it's paid off. I called them and a woman said they should cover it. But she will leave a message for the manager. I called them the following day and the manager said they would come get the dryer. That was on the 19th of September. I called again and was told it went out on the 23rd. They were several weeks past they called me and it would be the following Friday . When they dropped it off , the dryer still wasn't working. It would take 3 cycles to get the clothes dry. I called them again and they said they had the dryer. Huh. Then they said i could go there and look at their to get a new. Meanwhile. I have been without a dryer for months. I never mind. And went to Home Depot. My dryer works fine now!!
- EDErica DavisDec 3, 20231.0Management stinks at the Arrons in Bremen Ga what a way to treat customers, went to buy a bed my husband and I found one that would not only fit in our rv but but was a great deal we didn't want the entire bedroom furniture we wanted just the bed frame and mattress heck I might have taken the little stand too but after we said that we were full time rvers the womans entire personality change and we got made to feel like scum and then we find out that the mattress didn't come with the bed and we would have to wait for her General manager to get back to discuss the situation with her and she literally walked away to go sit down to talk and laugh with another employee some guy she said something to me but I am def and i told her I was and asked her to repeat her self but interested of getting up coming closer and repeating her self she just sat right there and continued conversatting and laughing and talking all while making customers feel like trash I have credit with Arrons but I definitely won't be using it at the Arron's in Bremen Ga I thought Arrons was out to make money not doing a good job of it by letting customers walk away but I guess her conversation with the man in there was much more important than us, I LIVE IN A RV NOT A DUMPSTER AND I DONT LIKE BEING MADE TO FEEL LIKE SCUM.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
