- SHSarah HanesNov 6, 20254.0Overall the service is great, however, today we were scheduled to have an appointment between 12-12:30, the technician said he would arrive around 12:15, my husband had our front door open and sees the truck drive up and then immediately leave. 10 minutes goes by and he hasn’t returned or called or text to say if there was an issue. My husband tried calling him and he didn’t respond so he finally got in touch with someone at the main office and she said that apparently our technician saw a sign that said “no parking on street,” and just left. I understand if you’re in a new neighborhood it might be confusing, but, get out and ask us what to do or if it’s ok since it’s a utility vehicle. The fact that he just drove off and didn’t inform us at all of what was going on is so crazy to me. We also had to rearrange our schedules to be home for this appointment.
