- SEShawn EstepJan 3, 20181.0Came into this store to buy a new TV, I have done business with Aarons for many years in Orlando and had a VIP Card. I was instructed to speak with the manager to see what the best deal I could get. While sitting with the Manager, he decided to ask me some personal questions which I obliged him with answers. As I am starting to fill out the paperwork I asked him if I needed to list all of our homes or just the one we live in. At that time, he asked me whom I lived with. I told him I lived with my wife & 16 year old son. He then replied, I BET YOU HAVE A GIRLFRIEND TOO! I was mortified that he would speak to me in the way, this was such an unprofessional and tasteless comment. Afterward, I tore up the paperwork and walked out of the store. I immediately called corporate headquarters and filed a complaint. After a week or so, I was contacted by the district manager whom questioned me about this. He said he would check the video tapes and would write the manager up for this. This is the type of management that Aarons employs now. Can you imagine how the must talk to employees if this is how to speak to customers? Never will we shop again at Aaron's

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
