Originally went to them to prime my well, the owner told me it would be about 90 bucks, sounded great. When the tech showed up he immediately told me I needed a new tank, and changed out the tank. He then spent 2 hours adjusting the pressure switch. He then left, well sounded very scary (chattering) so I had them come back out the following day after spending over 600 the previous day. 200$ more and no change in results only this time the well does not quit running. Had them out the next business day and they changed the switch AGAIN only this time they wired it wrong (neutral to negative) and caused damage to my breaker and home. Called another company out to diagnose and they figured out the wiring problem immediately and couldn’t believe I had a “professional” install it. Went back to their office to talk to the owner and all he cared to do is call his technician on the phone and yell at him about how he could of burned my house down, no apologies no offer for refund for the shoddy work. The owner told me he would come by later to check it all out shook my hand BUT NEVER CAME!
The two other well companies that came out told me I was sold a USED TANK but was told it was new. DO NOT USE, READ ALL THE REVIEWS. Terrible workmanship, guys who smoke cigarettes in your garage and an owner who doesn’t stand by his word even after a technician almost burned down my house.

Initially I thought that I made a good choice with these guys, but unfortunately that wasn't the case at all. My attempt to enhance my lawn with irrigation, actually made the entirety of several areas look like several Bradley fighting vehicles ran maneuvers on my lawn. After having two irrigation zones added to the existing system, there were several issues that were readily apparent. The system was never checked from the control panel (Dave the foreman came out the next day to fix what should have been done on the day of the install by the installers). Come to find out that the installers cut the wire to the control box, among several other mistakes, clearly due to their urgency to "get the job done" and get off of my property. Speaking of the installers, they seemed to be extremely interested in going somewhere else and not paying attention to several items that were completely missed or done in a very "half-ass" way. Along with the cut wire, the "trenches" they dug for the piping were cut extremely wide. Along with being too wide, they did an awful job of filling in the trenches and recovering/saving the grass that was previously there. I'm now forced to replace the destroyed portions of the lawn with sod out of my own pocket (to the tune of $550). Some lines were installed wrong and left uncovered and protruding from underneath, one of them still is. They also did not do anything to rake the flattened dirt or sand that mashed a lot of the existing living grass, which was suffocated and is now dead. Back to Dave the foreman. He was clearly not very happy when he saw the results of the "installers" because he seems to be the only person that actually cares at Challenger. He assured me after pointing out and fixing some of the issues that he noticed after the "install" that he'd have the crew come back and fix these issues. No one from the office (Amanda in particular) ever contacted me, or sent the crew back out. She was very prompt in contacting me for the payment in full, but that was it though. So I was left with no choice but to do the raking and filling that was required and while doing so, this exposed to me just how much of a half-ass job that they actually did. Finally, as if all of this nonsense wasn't enough, the installers left a bunch of garbage and yard waste all over the place, which I was also left to clean up. When you put your faith and money (over $1200 in this case) in a company to do a job correctly and you get results like this, it's very disheartening. To put it mildly, if I'm left to do the job(s) that I paid you to do in the first place, that's a huge problem that you have with your company. If you're thinking about having sprinklers installed by Challenger, I would definitely not recommend these guys. Trust me, you'll be much better served to go somewhere else. Stay away. Far away. You can thank me later.
