Other pool builders may copy Melanie's designs, but none have the actual full-time employees required to deliver the same high-quality, on-time, and on-budget pool and outdoor kitchen. You can probably find a less expensive pool company but I doubt you’ll find one that has this level of attention to design and execution. Melanie, AlYsia, Danny, Jan, Derren, Harrison, Austin, Jacob and Dustin...all very good at what they do and a pleasure to work with.

They handled everything from the initial design and planning through permitting and construction. Once the permits were approved, the build itself moved very quickly and the quality of work was very good. They did make one mistake on the specs during installation, but it was something we could live with — and to their credit, they acknowledged it right away and offered fair compensation to make things right. As with most new builds, there were a few punch-list items at the end, which took longer than expected (a little over three months), but those items did not prevent us from using the new pool. Landis followed through on every commitment and ensured everything was completed properly. All in all, Landis Pools was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I've heard night mares from friends who used other pool builders. Our experience was very positive in comparison. We’re very happy with the final results and would recommend them to others considering a new pool project.
