- KLKathie De Lisio3 days ago1.0WONT HONOR LIFETIME WARRANTY We had a pool installed in 2019. Have used their sister company for weekly service as they stated this would be good if there was a warranty issue. We started having leaks last spring (2024). Paid two times to have several leaking issues repaired. Called Cox when another leak arose about them fixing the pool since we have a lifetime warranty on the shell. They said they have several pools that are being redone so to faulty materials and that it was an 8 month wait. But they sent someone out to repair. Also, said we were responsible to keep the pool full to keep from voiding the warranty. At 8 months and with another leak we contacted them to see when we could expect the repair and they said, at least another 6 months and that we would need to continue filling the pool. They sent another person out to fix it but it is cold and he stated he wouldn't be doing any more dives. We now have another leak they won't fix, won't reimburse us for increased water usage, repairs or to hire another company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Very knowledgeable and they executed the install perfect. We incorporated a fire feature into our waterfall box and they knocked that out of the park as well. Kurtis at Kilgore pavers installed the pool border and pavers surrounding the pool. Pool equipment explained very good on the tail end of the process
