  I have known Rodger Dedon, for many years. He recently was chosen to build our teams 50 meter Olympic size indoor pool. His help and guidence has been paramount to getting this done. I chose Rodger because I am a swim Coach at Hammerhead Aquatics with 50 years of pool experience myself. His grandchildren have swam for us for several years. In the years before choosing Florida Pool Corporation. I have recomended them to build or repair pools for friends, business associates, and people online. I have always called them or they called me afterwards saying what great service, and professional attitude they felt with using this company. This is the main reason I chose them to help with the building of my facility. I can not imagine this company not doing great work honoring their contracts and committments to anyone.   Roger recently visited and assessed my pool. He/Florida Pool Corporation works with a high level of integrity and transparency. He provided me honest and actionable feedback regarding how to most effectively and economically fix some pool surface issues we were experiencing. Additionally, Roger was the one who did the job to resurface our pool a number of years ago and it has lasted significantly longer than the typical lifespan for a pool surface, which speaks towards the quality of his work as well. I highly recommend Florida Pool Corp and Roger for high quality and transparent pool related work.

  This is the worse pool company you can hire. I pay to have my pool serviced every week, and my pool constantly have algae and I do not get any notification of the problem until I notice it myself . I recently verbalize that I have an issue with my pool pump and a week pass by and no one calls me. I called back to find out and they said they emailed it to me without letting me know. The estimate went into spam. There was no way for me to know. Everyone I spoke to acted they don’t know what the proper procedures and apologized for not communicating properly with their customers. Another week passed by and I’m still getting the run around. They took my money and NO SERVICE DONE. Unacceptable.!!!! They have the worse customer service and high turnover rate of their employees.. I wonder why?? Horrible!!!!!
