- CLcz luverJul 21, 20251.0Ridd was bought by Aptive and service took a major nosedive. For their last visit, the technician (Terrell) tells me he's done servicing the house. I ask, "you're here?" to which he says yes and lists all the things he did. I say, "I didn't see you" to which he replied "I'm in your driveway finishing up my notes." I respond, "I'm standing in my garage looking at my driveway and there's no one there." He begrudgingly shows up 30 minutes later and I could tell he had a chip on his shoulder. He spot-sprayed around the house, didn't bother sweeping cobwebs or anything else, and just sent pictures after. Needless to say, it's a month later and the house has pests all over. Thankfully my contract ended since then so I'm now looking for someone else.
