  It’s extremely rare these days to be able to give a truly glowing review. Service levels from most providers have dropped significantly over the last several years, but today I’m happy to say Sunbelt—and their technician, Ezra—restored my faith. They went “old school” in the best way, delivering exceptional service, even on a Friday evening on his way home. Ezra’s professionalism, skill, and attitude were outstanding, and it’s the kind of service you just don’t see much anymore. Thank you for going above and beyond—you’ve given this old guy hope!

  I’d like to give recognition to Service Tech Rick a big thank you for trying to do all he could to try to repair our Liftmaster LA400. Even though he was unable to repair the gate system which is almost 20 years old. Rick went over and above what was expected and didn’t want to give up. He kept a great attitude and had a lot a patience during his diagnostic phase to try to figure out what was going on with this LA400. Even though Rick could not fix our system.   I have had outstanding service for our gate system at our home by SunBelt Systems. Each and every time we have been extremely satisfied with the level of expertise and the professionally run front end of the business. We appreciate the courtesy and experience level of our technician Jeff. We have used various other gate repair companies in the past for service as well as install of equipment and Sunbelt Systems has been an exceptional experience. Furthermore, the repairs have lasted and that is critical to us. The pricing is fair and honest in my opinion. Thank you Sunbelt Systems.

  I work for a company in St Augustine and we were in a bind regarding our gate opener. Our usual company was unable to acquire the necessary parts to get our gate functioning and we had a situation that required immediate resolution. I called Sunbelt on a Friday afternoon and they dispatched a technician on Saturday. Reilly arrived about 9:30 AM and the gate was fully functional by 12:30. Reilly insured that the settings were what we wanted, and he showed me how to make any further adjustments. I highly recommend Sunbelt for all your gate opener needs.
