- FHFred HaleyJun 19, 20231.0I am not sure you can trust Coastal Color for quality leather repair or following up. I had my La-z-Boy leather couch repaired last year ($1,500!!) Less than a year later I see scratches bleeding through, and cracks on the leather. No other place on the couch looks like this except where they repaired. I called them, someone came out - then they Ghosted me. I have not heard back about warranty (should be covered) or any suggestions on repair. DO YOU WANT YOUR REPAIRED LEATHER TO LOOK LIKE THESE PICTURES A FEW MONTHS LATER?
