- CRCustomer RelationMar 7, 20231.0They sold me $1700.00 pump & Filter and charged $486. to install and then when tech broke the ball valve and noted it on receipt that it needed replaced the rude employee who wouldn't provide his name hung up on me twice when I asked after he told me it's past 30 days and no covered. When I went to the store he refused to provide his name when asked and said to leave or calling the police. This is customer service for spending over $2100. at their business and they refuse to replace a 1 1/2 inch ID ball valve that the tech noted as broken during his install.
