Our newly installed salt cell (by a different company) didn't seem to work properly and I had trouble getting our water chemicals balanced, which caused algae growth. Steven asked me a lot of questions about our system, and he figured out that the controller of the cell must have been set to the wrong program, after installation. He explained to me how to correct the setting, which took care of the problem. Every water analysis comes with recommendations on how to adjust certain chemicals that are out of range, which makes it easy to keep the water balanced.
