    We purchased a pole and net 3 weeks ago. The pole broke today after using it 3 times. Returned to the store and was told there was nothing she could do without a receipt, even though i showed her digital proof of purchase. She said it was Corporate policy and she would lose her job. We will never return to this store. We just got a pool. They have lost the lifetime value of a customer. Shameful, I just wanted an exchange. Save yourself the headache and go down the block to Pinch a Penny, those guys are super helpful.

    The store manager has complete disregard for waiting customer, has no decency to greet customers and appears not interested in gaining more customers. I entered the store but he did not even acknowledges my presence. I waited patiently for over 10 mins, while he kept taking his sweet time to help another customer. And finally, when he gets to me, just curtly replies that he does not have the parts I was looking for - no regrets for keeping the customer waiting for 10 mins. for nothing!!! Will never go again!! Instead, I went to Pinch-A-Penny just a mile away, and they literally spent 15 mins. explaining my options even though I never promised any business to them, and that's what I call service. So Leslie Pool on Lakewood Ranch Blvd lost a $500 business to Pinch-A-Penny!!!!
