- ABAshley BakerDec 28, 20252.0The customer service when it was FACE TO FACE was very pleasant. However, everything else about the experience was horrible and the staff did not take accountability. My items WERE NOT delivered in a timely manner. When i called to follow up on missing items they had no definitive answer. On one occasion the employee I spoke with said "well at least you have a bed frame" as if I should be grateful to have that. I have a bed WITH NO MATRESS. I replied sir DO YOU SLEEP ON A BOXSPRING AT HOME. I finally received a delivery date of Christmas Eve; they gave me a window of delivery THEN NEVER SHOWED UP. WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY ACCUSED ME OF NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. THEY THEN stopped answering my call. THE dresser that was installed the men DID NOT PUT THE handles on correctly. I have brought this to management's attention, and he stated it would be corrected but when the staff arrived, they were not prepared to correct the matter and then ACCUSED ME OF LOSING THE SCREWS to the handle. After the worker made several trips back to their truck, he advised me HE HAS OTHER DELIVERIES TO DO AND DOESNT HAVE TIME TO FIX THIS. gave his word he would return.IM STILL WAITING AND LOOKING AT BROKEN HANDLES ON MY DRESSER. I ORDERED THIS BEDROOM SET ON NOV 20TH. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT COMPENSATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY im being told someone will reach back out to me. I paid for delivery and installment. SO Im being forced basically to pay for a product I haven't had the pleasure or time to seek satisfaction.

You have to question the ethics and practices of a businessea that takes so much liberty with laws, safety and common courtesy. That sort of wanton entitlement communicates the character of this business.
