- CVCynthia Valdez4 days ago4.0The laundromat itself is fine, it's clean and well maintained, the machines all work fine for the most part. and the staff are friendly and helpful. No isuses there. The biggest problem is that if you need to use the bigger machines you are going to have to wait. Everytime we go there is always 1 or 2 people taking up ALL of the big machines in the front two rows so that nobody can use them. We're talking anywhere from 10 to 12 loads at one time. And they use ALL the big dryers too. We tried going during the week, in the evening when it's supposed to be less busy. To be fair, there was less people there, but nope, there was still somebody hogging ALL of the front 2 rows of machines just like before. We had sheets and work clothes that have to be washed in a big machine so we had to wait for them to finish. If you can go during the day when nobody is there then maybe but if not then you're just going to have to wait or use the smaller machines in the back instead. This is kind of an inconvenience though because it ends up costing you more money because the smaller machines don't give you as many free points for the dryer. Ugh. Oh well.

I’ve only had an issue with a washer ONCE and I’ve been coming here for months now and staff got to me right away and made sure the issue was handled and fixed appropriately. Dee is amazing and her energy is what really brings me to the building! She deserves a raise 💗

It’s always clean and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. They play the best music and the multiple TV screens are an added bonus. If I have to run to the store I can depend on the text messages to let me know when my load is done. I will travel far to get this experience.
