  My wife and I signed up in 2022 and man has it been a train wreck experience. All of the hardware has had issues and each time someone comes out to fix the issues we get price gauged. The sensors all had various issues but the biggest issue is that the ‘smart’ fire alarms all have battery sensor issues. After putting in new batteries, within 3 months we get low battery alarms. And worst of all, the low battery issue even sent an alert to our local fire department sending out a fleet of fire trucks. The first time they came to ‘fix’ the alarm, a guy came out and charged 150$ to replace the batteries. I’ve since requested multiple times to get a real fix and have just been ghosted. Not only is the service bad, but it’s borderline illegal as it creates false alarms sending out emergency services. Proceed at your own risk… Update: they responded below saying they will investigate but never reached out. I’ve reached out numerous times about my ongoing issues and have been promised call backs that I never received. Don’t be fooled by the management reply below into thinking this company is functional…

  We have been a client of Security Solutions for 20 years in our home in Westport... they have been excellent in their monitoring services, maintenance and repair of the systems as parts needed to be upgraded or replaced. their customer service team is friendly and knowledgeable and pricing has been more than fair... I recommend them highly!
