  My wife and I signed up in 2022 and man has it been a train wreck experience. All of the hardware has had issues and each time someone comes out to fix the issues we get price gauged. The sensors all had various issues but the biggest issue is that the ‘smart’ fire alarms all have battery sensor issues. After putting in new batteries, within 3 months we get low battery alarms. And worst of all, the low battery issue even sent an alert to our local fire department sending out a fleet of fire trucks. The first time they came to ‘fix’ the alarm, a guy came out and charged 150$ to replace the batteries. I’ve since requested multiple times to get a real fix and have just been ghosted. Not only is the service bad, but it’s borderline illegal as it creates false alarms sending out emergency services. Proceed at your own risk… Update: they responded below saying they will investigate but never reached out. I’ve reached out numerous times about my ongoing issues and have been promised call backs that I never received. Don’t be fooled by the management reply below into thinking this company is functional…

  Terrible experience. No response to alarms, incredibly overpriced, incompetent workers who take hours to do anything and are unresponsive

  Super service! System is technically up to date, and the support is wonderful and secure. I never would leave home without it. We love Security Solutions 👍🏼

  I work at a correctional center, so a home security system is a necessity. Security Solutions Inc installed a system that did not function properly. My local police department even fined me for false alarms. After two months without a functioning alarm system and three failed repair attempts, for safety reasons, I was forced to go with another company. The defective alarm system was under a one-year warranty and I gave notice in advance. Security Solutions Inc did not object to me leaving their company, until after had I already left. The head of Security Solutions’ billing department got angry and emailed me an invoice with ten exclamation points for an amount of $2,348.21 Security Solutions’ attorney then informed me of a pending lawsuit. Despite already being in process for a lawsuit, Security Solutions still mailed me frequent billing statements for various amounts, and made repeated calls to my cell phone. Security Solutions refused to stop harassing me with their repeated calls. I sought help from Consumer Protection and the BBB. Security Solutions denied calling me and blamed me for them not being able to fix my alarm. They gave a false story that I would only allow them to service the system on Saturdays. None of the three repair attempts were on Saturday. Security Solutions then took me to small claims court demanding $2,435.69 in damages. In court they had a different false story that the alarm worked fine and that I left their company to get out of paying a bill for $87.21. The installation alone cost me $925.00 and I paid an additional deposit of $500.00. I did not drop $1,425.00 on the alarm system, then leave only months later to avoid a bill for only $87.21. I left because the alarm did not function. At small claims court, Security Solutions had two witnesses and an attorney. One was caught committing perjury twice during the trial. The other gave testimony that did not match the police records and repair receipts. The president of the company, himself, wrote a statement to the court too. He did not know the dates that Security Solutions performed service either, and made a very incorrect guess in his statement. I am grateful to now have a completely new security system with a new company. Security Solutions is the worst company that I have ever encountered.
