When my Dad had a medical incident, we went directly here to try to buy the recliner version of the love seat. They didn't have it in stock, and unfortunately the lead time was too long for us to order it. BUT Sybil was incredible! She showed us other options, helped us compare the dimensions of what they did have in stock to the recliner we came in to purchase, made suggestions on next steps. Although we weren't able to purchase THIS recliner with them, we'll certainly be back for our next.

- LSLaura StaffordAug 15, 20253.0Really nice owners but we had some big issues with them. They do not follow through with customer service unfortunately. We ordered a 9k sofa, waited 12 weeks, told we needed to wait 3weeks more, just to be told at 16 weeks the sofa was never ordered. Bought one in store instead, a connector piece was missing for months, I finally had to go pick it up after several promises to deliver it to me. Last, we purchased a warranty, went to use warranty after 10/11 months, only to be told they forgot to actually add it to the warranty company and by the way, that warranty company doesn't sell to them anymore. Luckily, the owner is sending someone out to take care of my issue, I just hope, going forward, if I have more issues, we will be taken care of.
