Clay was my service technician and he did a good job. My problem with this company was not him. My problem is with their office/owner who does the scheduling and pricing. The part I needed was probably less than $75 and the rest was labor and rental of a special lifting cart to work on the oven. I was told for the second appt that Clay would be at my home between 8-8:30 since Clay was an hour late for the first appt with no call and I really hate the 4 hour windows. He was 5-5.5 hours late for the second appt and he told me his schedule got changed and no-one bothered to call me to let me know. That’s a big problem for me. Secondly, when Clay finally showed up for my follow up appointment with the “special” cart, it was a $300 cart that he was literally fixing in the middle of my street because the wheels were falling off. He got the cart in and used it to replace the part on my oven. He made sure the oven worked and went to re-install my oven but was having a hard time so I needed to help him. Not his fault, these things are heavy. We got it back in and he packed up to leave. I was told that they don’t charge everyone for the use of the “special” cart. I called Travis, whom I’m assuming is the owner, for a discount since I had many hours of wasted time and had to help re-install my oven even with the “special” cart that he charged me $40 for. I got a text message when I left him a voicemail that said he was with a customer and how could he help. I responded that I would like to talk with him about a discount for all of my wasted time and got nothing in return from him. No phone call or even a text. Refunding me the $40 I was charged for the cart would have made me happy. I had to pay in advance so I was counting on him to make things right. Now he will never get a referral from me , which is usually a pretty big deal. I am a contractor and I don’t treat customers like this and I end up being the first call a lot of my customers make to ask about referring some for all different trades.

From the very first call the entire team was fantastic to work with, from the initial call to schedule my dryer repair the team was able to get me in right away since oh a dryer is essential! Clay was my tech, he proved to be very efficient and very courteous . He looked at the dryer gave me a the information , ordered the part needed and was back when he said he would., never a long wait for him to come back which is a great surprise. I can say enough about the entire team.

Clay was prompt. I had confidence that he diagnosed the problem with my washer and eventually installed the new correct valve to fix the problem. The repair was delayed by a week because this piece was delivered damaged to Woefel. It was reordered and then installed with no problems.

Five stars to Clay for his service! He did a great job! He was prompt, courteous, and completed the job as quickly as possible. Our refrigerator is no longer freezing up and the ice maker is keeping us in good supply. Clay was the best part of our experience with Woefull HVAC and appliance repair.
