- AAAutumnNov 8, 20251.0They couldn’t process a basic $200 return I purchased online because I didn’t have the credit card in hand and it wouldn’t take my debit because it didn’t match the digital card I used. In 2025 THIS is should no longer be an issue and isn’t for most all store except this location. I actually had a few things to purchase there but this level of incompetency has made me not want to shop here ever again. The sales rep actually told me it would be easier for ME if I contacted customer service for a return label and send it back through the mail. They didn’t even try to help or problem solve one bit. The boxes were unopened and within the return window.

She asked if I wanted one of the bottles wrapped in paper so they wouldn’t bang together. No one else has ever offered that and as it turned out I really did want that! She asked if I had coupons. When I said I had an account, but don’t get coupons she asked me to get out my cellphone and walked me through every step to fully activate my account. When I left she told me to have a beautiful day. By far the best customer service I have experienced anywhere in a very long time. Thank you!
