They provided a straightforward quote of a $60 truck charge plus $110 per hour, estimating about two hours. On December 30, a truck arrived with three technicians and only one working Freon removal unit. Two technicians were clearly inexperienced, appearing to be in training, which I initially assumed was standard. The on-site work took two hours and 38 minutes, yet I received a shocking bill of $953.65—nearly triple the quoted amount. The bill explicitly included “labor helper/training” charges of $110 per hour for each of the two inexperienced technicians, meaning I was charged for their training. After months of disputes, I finally received a corrected bill on August 28, 2025, but the process was exhausting and unacceptable. The lack of billing transparency and the prolonged fight to resolve it make it impossible to recommend Refrigeration Plus LLC.
