This girl in flooring profiled me to pieces, and chose to ignore me and wait on a customer that came after I did. I know I was looking a little rough (just had a baby) , but I've never been treated like that, and ignored. She never did end up helping me, instead she ran off to another girl to bloat about how much that sale was. I won't be returning to this store, and instead I'll be going to home depot with my bulk orders from now on.

Extremely poor customer service where they appear to be overstaffed yet you cannot get help. The returns counter is a joke, they have a person moving slower than molasses. Trying to help people and it takes forever for your turn. Meanwhile, there's up to five people on other registers right next to this person and nobody can help you. But this one woman. The amount of inefficiency is staggering.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
