We ordered a storm door and installation back in September. We finally got an install date for November 5 (today) and the installer showed up with the wrong door. I called customer service service and spent plenty of time on hold and going through automated systems until I finally spoke to a human. I guess I’ll wait another month or two for the door I paid for to show up. I recommend going to Home Depot.

Always easy to find stuff here if you use the app. Most employees dont know where items are, they just look up location on the app.

This is by far the worst Lowe's in Colorado Springs. Having visited on several occasions now and trying to give the benifit of the doubt when I received less than stellar customer service, I have officially decided to never return after today's experience. My husband is a contractor and was in need of materials for the current job he is working on. This Lowe's is closest not only to his place of business, but also the current homeowner's property he is working on. So, in we went to pick up about $2k in materials which were in our cart and all that was needed were six 4x6 posts. After going through a bunk of roughly 30 posts, we were only able to pull 3 that were straight enough for my husband to use on a job that he would be attaching his name to. There was another entire bunk above it, but a fork lift was needed to bring it down. After asking one employee who said he had to ask someone else, we waited a good 20 minutes for said employee to come to the lumber area. He asked what was needed and my husband asked if they could please pull the bunk down so that we could look for the an additional 3 posts. The employee very flatly said "No". When my husband asked why he wouldn't do that, the employee said that he didn't want to pull it down for us to go through it and pull a couple pieces and then leave the rest for his guys to have to stack. When my husband replied that doing that is part of their job, the employee said that is correct, it is their job and as such he is telling us no. I can honestly say that neither my husband nor I have ever been as shocked by the behavior of someone that is a paid employee of a place where we spend thousands of dollars a month. I very highly doubt that is a common business practice of Lowe's to refuse customers that are there attempting to purchase items from their store. We will not be doing any more business here and we would caution anyone that is going here in search of lumber to be prepapred to not be helped by anyone that "works" here.
