Good Lowe’s location, clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. Staff are generally helpful and checkout is smooth. A few shelves were mislabeled and online stock didn’t always match in-store availability, but overall a solid place for home improvement needs.

I was going to leave this feedback over the phone but after a few attempts, no one is answering
Yesterday, I tried to make an Instacart return at this store. I understand Instacart returns can be difficult and a lot of associates have not done them before. The associate at the desk could not find my phone number or email with that purchase and I explained again that it was through Instacart but I would take a store credit because we were about to make a lot of other purchases. She stated the purchase was made at a different store and it would be easier to make the return there. I explained that it actually wouldn’t be easier for me because I was with my 6, 4 and 2 year olds who were overtired and acting up. I asked if she could call the other store if there was information she needed for them and she insisted I just needed to go there. She didn’t ask for help, call for a manager or offer any advice, just to take my heavy return and three tantrumy children to the other store. I went to the Powers location and the associate also didn’t know how to do the return but she called for a manager and it was quickly taken care of, and we spent our $200 there instead. She didn’t even ask to see which store it came from. That slightest bit of effort is enough for me to bring my business back. It might have been easier for the first associate to just make me go to a different store, but it wasn’t easier for me. Despite being significantly less busy than the Powers location, the Royal Pine location can’t even answer the phone. The smallest effort towards customer service would have brought me back, but it’s very evident why Royal Pines has so much less traffic.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
