    Good people that are always willing to help you. Very knowledgeable. Professional and courteous. I went in the other day to return an item. I had lost my receipt and was very stressed out about being able to return it. Claudia, the woman working the return desk, was WONDERFUL. She explained that she would be able to verify my purchase using my credit card, since I knew the date of the purchase. She was so very kind and pleasant. She took me from being freaked out and worried to being "ahhhh - this is going to be okay" so quickly! She made my day! It is employees like Claudia that endure that this will be my go-to hardware store from now on! I used to go wherever was handy at the moment. But this experience has now ensured that I have a favorite store!

    Terrible customer service at the university village Lowe's. At the millwork desk the lady with colored hair was so rude and unhelpful. I called several times about an issue with a door i purchased and never got a call back. I had to drive to the store to get help but even in person no one would assist with my issue. I asked for a manager. I talked with Jae and he seemed more than willing to help and was very apologetic. BUT.... he's just as bad. He made all these promises about fixing the problem with the door and after that interaction I couldn't get a hold of him and he wouldn't call me back. I stopped by the store and they'd page him and he wouldn't show up. Kenny is not running the store. Looking at all the other reviews this terrible customer issue is systemic and he's not doing anything. Avoid this Lowes like the plague.

    Im a titanium pro with Lowe's, and the benefits are… rarely getting deliveries on time and a free drink coupon each month (which goes away next year). Seriously, these guys rarely deliver on the original scheduled delivery date, and it’s excuse after excuse every time. They like to blame drivers for calling in, or passing orders to another location to avoid any accountability. As if Lowe's is the only store where employees call in… the other guys don't seem to have that problem so maybe the issue is their HR is hiring the wrong people, or maybe whoever runs their logistics just doesn't care. Between the changes to pro rewards and their inability to deliver when scheduled this is the last year we will be using Lowe's.

    Purchased an electric rangetop from Lowes in July and due to an an accident, cracked the glass top. I called both the LG warranty department, and the Lowe's extended warranty number, and had very poor assistance in learning if my (2) warranties would cover anything. But when I returned to the Nevada Avenue (COS) Lowes, Maryssa took me under her wing, and helped me beyond my expectation. In addition to answering my myriad of questions with expertise and knowledge, she worked diligently to make my final experience with the warranties better. She also left me in capable hands with her colleague, Erik, who finished up the new purchase. I was so very impressed with the sincere customer service I received at Lowes; Maryssa and Erik deserve many more stars!!

    Went in to purchase an inexpensive drill. Everything locked up. Associate unlocked case but refused to hand me the box to look at it to make sure I got what I wanted. Instead had me follow him to checkout where I joked that he could check me out and pay too. The lady at self checkout snottily replied he's just doing his job and the manager would fire him if he didn't carry the box to checkout. I've been to Lowes throughout the Nation. This was a first. Must have a very high theft rate. Places with high theft rates make me feel unsafe. I think I'll generally avoid this Lowes. Added two days later: Kudos to management for reading and commenting on reviews. I did stop by the managers office as I left the store 2 days ago but the manager that day was busy. And there really is nothing more to talk about. I'm not complaining about store employees who are just doing what they're told. I'm sure they're very loyal to management. The problem is theft. I understand security measures to avoid theft. These actions are not done "just because." Obviously this store must have a significant theft problem. I feel unsafe in areas with high theft rates. So I'll generally avoid this Lowes in the future.
