Truly great service! Staff like him make the shopping experience truly stand out, vs staff that walk past you, which that did happen before James asked if I needed help. Since I usually don't shop at this hobby lobby, I was all out of sorts looking for the paper goods. I confusingly walked through the whole store, without asking for help as I knew I could find what I needed, all the female employees walked right past me. But once I did find where I needed to be, James was stocking nearby and instantly offered help! Shortly after he even brought me a cart to help me offset the load. He made such a wonderful impression I had to leave this lengthy post! Someone give that man a raise! 👏🏼👏🏼
