- HSHailey SechristDec 14, 20221.0VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!! I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. I called for a quote and they couldn’t give me one so I said I would keep calling around. Well the “boss” Mike calls back saying they will do it for $70 and said they will be here in 25 minutes. Over 30 minutes goes by so I call for an update & the driver said that I called him and cancelled saying I got into my house. A complete LIE. So I asked to speak with mike and he said “Mike is my boss” so again, I asked to speak to Mike. He hung up on me. He calls back asking why I cancelled if I’m still locked out. I told him AGAIN, I want to speak with Mike. He hung up on me AGAIN. Another employee calls back and says, I can be there later I have to put two other people ahead of you because you’re only paying $70 and that’s kinda low, I said sir I’m locked out in the cold with my child & he said yeah well I have to take care of the people that are ahead of you now
