  Had to get a transponder for a country club, they got me in and out fast. Great service, took 17 minutes, very friendly staff too

  I recently had a disappointing experience with Pie Barker Alarm Co. They charge a quarterly fee for monitoring services, but when I needed them the most, I discovered that my alarm didn’t have a signal. Despite paying for continuous monitoring, it seems like they don’t actually ensure that the system is working properly. When I reached out to them, I was met with little to no helpful response, leaving me feeling frustrated and unprotected. If you're looking for reliable security services, I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere. It’s hard to trust a company that doesn’t take the necessary steps to ensure that their systems are functioning as promised. Extremely dissatisfied with the service.

  Terrible monitoring service. Supposedly they are checking the system each month to ensure they are receiving signals. They hadn't rec'd signals for 6 months and were still charging me. Then when I brought it to the attention of the company something was wrong, they said it was my responsibility. Also previously when I did have an alarm, they said they dispatched the police but this was not the case. Small company, with terrible client service. you will see they replied and tried to blame it on VOIP phone line. That is not the case. My alarm was working for 8 years just fine. i had my modem upgraded. It wasn’t connected to the telephone jacks recently which i wasnt aware of at the time. If Comtron was doing their job of monthly testing and informed me i could have easily fixed. I was not presented with a work around but rather a higher cost of service with no admitting they were not doing their job in the first place. VOIP IS NOT THE PROBLEM. It was lack of monthly testing from COMTRON.

  AMAZING! I would give them 10 stars if possible. I bought a home in Palm Springs -- my first home being a NYC native. I have always owned condos. My insurance broker said the Insurance policy/s I wanted (top end) had many requirements b/c of the CA fires etc. (All policies in fact due in 2019 now) They wanted heat monitors, smoke detectors, leak control, sprinklers, glass break, all hooked up to "Central Command" Also, they strongly suggested cameras around the perimeter. I called 5 alarms firms (including the one that the previous owner was using) - not one firm was will to truly help me and own the solution. Some firms had me routed to call centers. Others told me to get plumbers for leak control (which had to part of Alarm). COMTRON -Wow! Alex (thank you Alex) was my first part of contact and instantly said - "you must have a premier policy with Chubb, PURE etc (yes). "We got you!!!". From that point on.....They gave me a quote on everything. Everyone (too many to mention - Adrian, Ed, Andrew etc) were incredible - KNOWLEDGABLE, KIND, PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT! Five weeks later, I own the house - alarm with all requirements is installed to perfection. Certificate sent to Insurance company and they came out. I got a $850+ reduction in my annual premium! I can't recommend this firm enough. The apps on iPhone work perfectly. But it's the people here.. From Alex, to Adrian, to Ed to Andrew to the ENTIRE CREW that worked with me. THANK YOU. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone. And I"m not easy.....35 years as a Wall Street exec, I don't write these things often..Comtron is a 10 Star review and I thank everyone of them.
