  Very poor service and communication. I called on a Sat morning to schedule services for a replacement car key. My car is a 2003 Saab 9-3 convertible. My key had gotten wet and was not functioning. And my phone experienced the same. I scheduled an appt for Sat morning using a friend’s number. They didn’t call / confirm or cancel. When I called, I re-scheduled for Sun. Again, they didn’t call, confirm or cancel. I called Sun close to the time, gave them my updated phone number for new phone. I did receive a call back at the OLD phone number (which was a friend), but not the new. We finally connected as I kept calling - and rescheduled for Wednesday at 9a. Thankfully, my old key had dried out and began to work again. Regardless, I chose to keep the appt to get a back up key for future. Now we are at Wed. No call to confirm or cancel. No show for the appt. I call both before and at the appt time. I keep being told they will have someone call me - but I am not receiving these calls. I reconfirm the phone number. We finally reschedule for Friday at 1p. And again the same experience. So I call again and wait for them to connect me with a supervisor. She get’s a hold of the technician who tells me that he doesn’t have the equipment to provide a key for a SAAB car. At no time in the previous 6 days has this information been communicated. Nor does it explain a lack of return call or no show to the appt. The supervisor could only tell me to contact a dealership but had zero knowledge on how to manage keys for older cars that are no longer manufactured. I would not recommend this organization.
