We visited The Brick in Park Royal three times during the past two weeks, and each time we received outstanding help from Mohsen. My family and I asked a lot of questions during visits that lasted between 30 minutes to an hour, and he consistently stayed patient, professional, and fully engaged.
What stood out most was that he clearly wasn’t just trying to make a sale. He focused on helping us find what genuinely suited our needs, and his product knowledge made his guidance extremely useful. Even after multiple visits, he never showed the slightest sign of impatience or pressure.
On top of that, he gave us a generous discount, and after we completed our purchase he surprised us with an excellent gift, which made the whole experience even better.
In the end, we made a major purchase and felt confident about every part of it. The whole experience was genuinely enjoyable for us. From now on, whenever we need something for our home, The Brick Park Royal — and Mohsen specifically — will be one of our first choices. I strongly recommend speaking with him if you’re planning to shop there.

It comes down to people. We bought a new fridge and a wall oven. Post sale and post delivery of the fridge, we had some things that went right and some things that went wrong. We were upset. The mark of exceptional service is what a place of business does when something goes wrong. Shirin went out of her way to completely turn around an experience that was otherwise heading in a less than favourable way. She listened to our issue and went above and beyond to remedy it to our satisfaction. We were VERY happy with her help. As for our oven issue, she introduced us to Mohsen, their most experienced person in the Appliance department.I get that he knows his stuff and like, Shirin, is professional and shows he cares. Thank you both! You are amazing human beings.

Do NOT shop at this Brick location. They are a bunch of scammers and will lie to you and overcharge you on your invoice.
My boyfriend and I came in to look at furniture and were being helped by Mohsen (scammer). We found a couch we liked and he said that day was the last day of a big sale so if we wanted to lock in the sale price we had to put 10% down today. We ended up finding other items we liked and Mohsen said he would be giving us the staff rate for the items (15% off). He even said he'd throw in a 5 year warranty for free which seemed super nice at the time.
Before paying we noticed there was a coffee table on the invoice that we had very clearly told him to remove and that we didn't want. At first I wanted to believe it was an honest mistake even though he didn't seem surprised or apologetic at all once we caught it, but now I know it was absolutely intentional.
When looking at the invoice later at home (which I should have looked at more in depth earlier) I noticed no discounts were applied to any of our items as promised. I compared the prices of everything we bought to the online price and it was all the same. Not only that but here was a $450 charge for the 5 year warranty we supposedly got for free (we never even asked for a warranty, he just said he'd throw it in for us).
Once I called Mohsen out he knew he was caught and said he would speak to the manager to see what he could do for us. He stopped contacting me about the situation and only would speak to my father (who he knows and lied through his teeth about everything to do with what happened) and later said he would apply a $90 discount to our purchase (which is a 2% discount on everything we bought. Wow!) Didn't even say he'd take off the warranty we NEVER ASKED FOR.
We went to the store and spoke to the manager who never once even apologized for her lying salesman, and didn't offer any sort of solution. Her "solution" was taking off the $450 warranty charge and she acted like she did us a huge favour. She said if she's doing that then we have to bring back the cleaning kit we were given for free (worth $70) and initially wanted us to pay back our free delivery as well, which was the only actual discount we got. We didn't even get that 2% discount they initially were going to give us.
Terrible service, do not go here unless you want to get scammed.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
