Overall, I had a good experience with the delivery service. The item was handled carefully and brought all the way into my unit, which I really appreciated. The delivery team was professional and everything was done smoothly.
The only issue was that the delivery arrived about two hours later than the scheduled time. Other than that, I’m satisfied with the service.

I’m very disappointed with this purchase. After only six months, the sofa started making loud squeaking and creaking noises. I contacted customer support and they called me back, but they said this is “completely normal” and that they won’t do anything about it. For the price and quality promised, this is unacceptable. The quality of this sofa is very poor and I regret buying it.

I had a very disappointing experience with The Brick. More than a month ago, I purchased a mattress from them. When we brought the first mattress home, we noticed after a couple of days (because we had just moved) that the corner was torn. When I contacted the store, they told me that I only had 48 hours to report damage, and since I missed that window, I had to keep the mattress for 30 days before I could exchange it. After 30 days, I returned it. At that point, I decided to pay significantly more money to upgrade to a much more expensive mattress because I thought the first one must have been poor quality.
Unfortunately, when the second mattress was delivered and brought into my home, we immediately noticed that the cover was torn. This is not only unacceptable in terms of quality, but it is also a hygiene concern. A mattress is a personal item that should be completely clean and intact. I should not have to worry about tears, contamination, or insects in a brand-new product. We kept it and scheduled another replacement. During this time, I had to sleep on the floor for several days.
For the third time, the replacement was delivered — and again, it was torn on the side. I have photos of all the damage from each delivery. It has now been almost one and a half months, and I still do not have a proper mattress. I am still sleeping on the floor. This has been an extremely frustrating and exhausting experience. I will never shop at The Brick again and would not recommend them based on my experience.

We recently purchased a full sofa set along with a coffee table from this location, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding.
I would especially like to recognize Ms. Mitra, the manager. Her level of professionalism, patience, and genuine care for customers is truly exceptional. She took the time to listen carefully to all of our preferences, answered every question with clarity, and made sure we felt completely confident in our decision. It is rare to meet a manager who is this dedicated and respectful.
What impressed us most was how valued and welcomed we felt throughout the entire process. Customer service like this is hard to find these days.
The rest of the staff were equally friendly, helpful, and professional. From start to finish, everything was smooth and enjoyable.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
