  We’ve had our Jacuzzi 355 hot tub for just over 16 months, and I wanted to share a two-part review covering both Vintage Hot Tubs and the Jacuzzi itself. This isn’t our first hot tub, but we’d been out of the market for a while, so we visited several local dealers to get a sense of current options and pricing. We met Darryl at Vintage Hot Tubs, and he immediately stood out with his deep knowledge of Jacuzzi products and his willingness to listen to how we planned to use the hot tub. He recommended the model that best suited our needs and even came to our home to advise on the ideal placement. Vintage also provided a list of electricians who had received positive feedback from other customers, which was very helpful. We purchased our spa in August 2024. Kevin, Mike, and the delivery/installation team handled the placement with great care, respecting both the tub and our existing yard features. I highly recommend Darryl’s “Spa School”—it truly sets you up for success. What impressed us most was the ongoing support from Darryl, Keith, Breanna, and Kellan. They consistently guided us on proper water treatments, helped troubleshoot any water-quality issues, and never hesitated to assist, no matter how often we came in for water testing. As for the Jacuzzi 355 itself, it has performed extremely well over the past 16 months. We had one warranty service call, and Lance arrived within a couple of days. He coordinated with Mike, Kevin, and the delivery team to move the hot tub so he could access the underside, making the whole process smooth and efficient. If you are looking to warm your weary bones, improve your health, or soak away your cares, I recommend making Darryl and Vintage Hot Tubs one of your stops.

  Darryl Olsen was instrumental in helping my partner and I to understand the finer details when it comes the differences between the varying options, both pros and cons. There was no pressure to buy or upgrade beyond what we wanted. They even had a hot tub in store we were able to try! If we ever need another hot tub or spa item, we know where to go and who we will recommend to our friends! Brian and Laurel

  Stopped in to grab some additional spa chemicals. Staff member was friendly and knowledgeable. She gave a some good recommendations for sensitive skin including Spa Marvel. Thanks.

  These people are excellent at looking after the balance of my Jacuzzi hot tub! I drive down to their Langford store from Nanaimo at least once a month to get my water tested. They have all the products and support I need to keep us having wonderful Spa nights every night! I just love it but, for my husband, who has rheumatoid arthritis, sitting in the hot tub is the ONLY time he is pain-free! Drugs are great, but the Jacuzzi is the icing on the cake! Thanks, guys!🥳
