this has been the poorest shopping experience I've had ...I've been waiting for my couch for 4 months and finally was told it will be delivered today. I was given a time frame from 11 to 2 but the tracker didn't indicate the drivers would arrive at 4;30 pm. then 4;40 comes and the tracker says delivery was incomplete... the drivers did not bother to call and say they're here!!!! I've wasted the whole day waiting for my delivery and missed work...i've called the store to have the drivers go back to my place but have never heard back from them.... and i still don't have my couch!!!!!!!!!!!

Daria, very friendly, smiling and positive helped us with purchasing a sofa. Process was quick and recommednations to the best of our needs and color choice. The purchase was is August, we received the sofa, it had issues and the staff helped with an exchange. This is the location you need to go, people in this branch are not on commission, so no push on buying, and they listen to what you need.

Got my new washer/ dryer tower installed today. The link updated the status of the arrival of the appliances in real time! The delivery crew also contacted me 5 minutes before arrival with a phone call. The whole old appliance removal and new appliance installation, took around 30 mins! Very well organized and professional crew! Also very careful of not damaging anything which is a plus when carrying such a heavy weight appliance! The process of getting a new washer/dryer has been great with the Granville location team! Had a few issues when placing the order online and they were able to assist me promptly and very kindly!

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
