    I tried to buy a Gladiator gear wall 4 ft panel which they sell for $119 in store and for $99 online only. I asked if they could match the price as it is the same product, but the customer service rep refused. I do not understand why they wouldn't match. The only difference is the wait time on the product. Either get it now or in a couple of weeks. Because of this, I will purchase it at a diff through a different store

    I understand why these stores are closing. There are no staff members wandering the floor to help. I went to customer service desk to ask for something and sooner than taking me to the item just pointed in the direction. They made customer service an option here, it should not be

    Store is unorganized when it comes to staffing. There should be a schedule available of the cut shop for customers and employees so you don't waste your time coming there and spending 10+ minutes waiting after calling, only for them to tell you (this only happened after I called back for an update) that they shop is closed because the only guy who was able to do shop work went home already. Such a waste of my time, and the girl didn’t sound apologetic at all. Its already very hard to find people to ask for help and when you do it is a hit or miss in terms of customer service. Instead of going with you to help like most store associates would normally do, you basically just get directions. Adding 1 star for the 3 people who were kind of helpful the times I went there and because it's the lowest option.
