    Absolutely terrible experience with Easy Home Services. This company is completely unprofessional and unreliable. They wasted my time with missed appointments, zero communication, and excuses instead of solutions. The work itself was sloppy, rushed, and clearly done without any care or skill. When I contacted customer service, they were dismissive and refused to take responsibility. Charging premium prices for this level of incompetence is ridiculous. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Easy Home Services. NEGATIVE 5 STAR RATING

    Very poor customer service and the delivery driver Adam was very rude left our door open when left and our dogs got out would not recommend the surrey location

    I don’t even know we’re to start with this company. They are the best. Friendly service when you walk into the store they are welcoming you with smiles. Service calls to help you remember your payments with life being so busy. The delivery service is wonderful comes to my home and treats it like his owe. Easy Home in Surrey is the best ever. I have been being with Easy home for 10 plus years and I wouldn’t go any were else. I have tried to go other places but they never offer me the deals that Easy home in Surrey does. I love this place and the workers in it. Kathy is the best and always will be.
