We bought our mattresses, bed frames, mattress covers, and head board here. Mickail did a good job introducing these items to us.
However, the headboard we got did not match the bed frame because the screws they gave were too small. We called and emailed them about this matter. But their response to us was just to return and reselect, which doesn’t solve the problem at all. The screws came with the bed frame, so no matter what head board we change into, if the screws don’t change, it still won’t fit.
Their customer service did not do a good job initially, which got us a bit frustrated, but they are addressing it right now.
We’ll see how it goes.

Anna Vasan did an excellent job helping me to buy my new washer and dryer set online for a great price. She helped me to get the set I wanted and all accessories and price matching from another offer I had with a different company. I wanted to purchase from the Brick because they give better customer service and I know they will deliver.
She followed through on everything as promised and helped me to get a quick delivery date and I am very happy with her polite, friendly, efficient customer service and assistance. She also went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and to help me quickly connect with customer service department to confirm my delivery date and details after I made the purchase.

I love Brick as a store so they were my first choice when I needed my new recliner. I was assisted from Zein the moment I entered the store. She gave me all the options regarding what I needed and was patient and kind while talking to me. She is an awesome sales person but mostly she is a wonderful human being. The guy that helped with some dissembling was fast and smiling . My experience was great, this store knows how to get the right people for the job. Thank you and will be seeing you again

Very disappointing experience with The Brick Richmond. When I visited the store, the salesperson kept pressuring me to buy, saying it was a “one-day special,” so I made a deposit. Later, I paid the remaining balance after finalizing materials and was told I could schedule my delivery anytime.
After that, the salesperson stopped answering my texts and calls. I had to contact the store myself to set up delivery. The tracking link showed a 10 AM – 1 PM delivery window, but no one showed up or called — I waited over 3 hours with no update. When I called the store, they just said “time isn’t guaranteed.”
As a business owner myself, I find this extremely unprofessional. No communication, no respect for customers’ time. I’ll never buy from The Brick again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
