I had a fantastic experience at the RONA in Richmond. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection—but what really sets this location apart is the staff. Nelson, in particular, was outstanding. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping customers find the right solution.
Nelson took the time to walk me through options, explain the differences, and make sure I left with exactly what I needed. You don’t often find service like that anymore.
Highly recommend this RONA location—especially if you’re lucky enough to get help from Nelson!

I think all the bad reviews should be directed at RONA North Vancouver (Park & Tilford). That's where there was no help for what i was looking for. Drove all the way to the Richmond Rona after speaking with manager 'Laura.' She checked stock and had everything ready to go when I arrived. 4-stars because I had to drive to Richmond 😨.... They were the only store with inventory.

When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
