Walked around for 20 minutes looking for the right section while staff avoided eye contact. Finally found what I was looking for to see that there was no selection, and some things weren't available. Good thing Home Hardware is just across the street.

Horrible customer service!!! YULIA at the returns desk is sooo rude and condescending. We have tried switching to buying here instead of Home Depot. Their constant excuse for bad customer service and damaged goods is they are "under a renovation." I dont care if you are under renovation. If your customer service was better, I wouldn't mind having to return broken items. But having to deal with Yulia everytime we go in, is awful!! We will no longer be shopping here because of her and every employee who excuses their rude behavior because of a renovation. Bullshit! You all need to go to customer service training.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Rona. I placed an online order with the option to pick up in 24 hours, but it's been 2 days and my order is still not ready. I've called twice to inquire about the status, and each time, I was told that they have staff shortages due to sick calls, which is causing the delay.
While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, it's frustrating to see that the online system is not updated to reflect the delays. I'm paying for the convenience of online ordering, and it's not convenient at all
when the system doesn't work as promised.
Rona, I hope you can look into this and improve your online order pickup process. As a customer, I expect better communication and more accurate updates on the status of my order.

2 weeks ago, I ordered garden soil on the Rona website. The website mentioned 97 bags of soil were in stock. After ordering i received confirmation. But next I received another mail canceling my order. I called again rona and they mentioned they have stock in section 75. When i went personally to pick up I couldn't find them in the store. We asked for assistance and they couldn't find it either. They explained to us that the website may be incorrect sometimes and so we decided to come back next week. When we came again and enquired. The staff checked the online stock and mentioned they 9000 bags in the warehouse. He suggested to pre order the soil in the store. We ordered and paid as per his instruction. They said Rona would call us once the order had arrived. This week, we called Rona this time to check the status of our order, as we needed it pretty soon, and they said that the bags of soil had arrived and that we could come in and pick it up and they would assist us. We came the next day and apparently the soil STILL hadn't arrived yet. We ended up refunding our order. The staff were unorganized, having to call on many other staff for assistance. Only for them to not know anything either.
Also please update your website properly so we won't waste our time.
