    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience working with JP while purchasing our sofa. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand what we were looking for. JP explained all the options clearly, answered our questions honestly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.     Selection is like any other BRICK. the one problem is that the delivery company exported another 70 dollars for delivery over the cost quoted. To deliver on new years eve. Poor seniors had to come up with 250 dollars to drive 44 km to home expecting delivery. No cool

    As per schedule, all the orders have been delivered. Delivery guys professionally place and assemble the furnitures. Very friendly and down to earth guys!

    I was very happy with Mike picking out my couch and with the 2 gentleman that delivered it even tho they dropped the couch and broke my door frame. They documented the incident and apologized. I am not happy with customer service that won't call me back or respond to an email that I have sent asking if they are going to do anything to fix my door frame. I don't normally complain or say anything and even told the guys that stuff happens but it would of been nice of The Brick to offer to fix what they broke.

    The movers were excellent. Very careful and respectful, especially delivering to a house like mine with a steep driveway and steep stairs. We are still waiting for the dishwasher to be installed and the warranty packaging with the sealant sprays to be delivered. The movers did not have it in their paperwork so it did not show up yet
