My husband and I recently spent about six hours couch shopping at the Brick Kamloops. We had our two young babies with us, so I was worried we would have a stressful experience. But the staff at the Brick were welcoming and helpful from the get go!
Sean M. went especially out of his way to help us look at multiple different couches, fireplace TV stands, rugs and recliners. He offered me water, helped us look for our missing baby wipes, made sure we had lots of time and space to think, offered us incredible deals and spent extra time with us after the fact, (on his own time) discussing delivery and payment. We really appreciated his honesty and efficiency. We were so tired and overwhelmed with the options and thanks to Sean, I am currently sitting on my brand new sectional, looking at our lovely new “fireplace”.
We will be sure to contact Sean again for future purchases. He truly made our experience a positive one and I’m so grateful.
Also a shoutout to the delivery team! They were actually able to find our hidden front door in our complex without issue, and set up our couch very quickly. The younger gentleman was especially friendly and made sure to give me tips on spraying down my couch with protectant and explained it all thoroughly. :)
And to the lady working the phone lines on a Wednesday at 8 pm, thank you as well for being so helpful and friendly and the end of what I’m sure was a long and busy day for you. She set up our delivery right before the store closed and thanks to her, we didn’t have to wait another week for our stuff!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
