He went above and beyond to ensure that our concerns with our hot tub were heard and even made them a priority. His prompt and thorough communication, caring attitude, and professionalism was what made it so easy to work with Snow Valley. Thanks for being so awesome Sam! Secondly, Jim, our technician, was extremely knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer service. He made sure to explain everything to us through the process and took the time and consideration to go above and beyond with his communication. He provided such well-rounded service and was able to identify all of the needs and solutions for our hot tub. Thank you for all of your hard work Jim!
