- KBKirstin BlakeDec 21, 20251.0Our first experience in the store with my husband and our small baby. They two females in the store were so sweet and kind. Even gifting my son a small rubber duck. We then bought the supplies to close our pool, being first time pool owners we inquired about how much it would cost us to have some come from their store to help us close the pool. No problem with the cost. Being busy full time workers renting in this new home, we still were in need of help and called them some time later to ask for them to come by. We were told the first time someone would call us back, no one ever did. We then called back again, and asked got passed over to the owner, he informed us he needed to speak to the owner of the house-who lives in the Middle East & has asked us to take care of the house including the pool & not be bothered. Time & weeks has passed waiting for callbacks from them, so we call back. We are are passed back to the owner again who informs my husband he sent a letter they refuse to come for help, and will not be coming by. I think the most frustrating part was that complete lack of communication, not once in our many calls or in person did they inform us about their “rules” or why they possibly might not be able to come to our home. They even in fact knew we were renters. There was no communication to us, just a promise to call back, which was a lie. Frustrating run around, no solution or even offer to just run through it with us on the phone. Happy to take down this review, if the situation is resolved. As a local and lover of the Valley, and a mom I always want to support local but this was saddening representation. :(
