    Extremely unhelpful customer service. I understand there are policies they need to follow but the actual service was so rude - kept being interrupted and condescended to, wasted over 30 mins waiting and being told we couldn't pick up the item at the Delta location. They literally made me call my coworker who placed the order who was extremely ill just to release the item. My coworkers and other customers at the Delta location could hear this customer service person ranting about it in an extremely unprofessional manner. Our company will never buy at the Brick again after this. They were happy to take our money but not provide any quality of service at all.

    Pleased to say we received delivery of our dining table today. It was handled with care by the delivery team and looks great. Our sales rep Maryam Ahmadi approached us last week while we were browsing the floor. She pointed us in the right direction and gave us space to explore the options. Once we were ready to make a purchase she answered all our questions and went above and beyond and even managed to get us a couple of gifts. A side table and a bluetooth speaker. Pleasant experience all around.

    Hello, I had delivery today for Morgan sectional sofa and marble table, delivery person tried one time and said doesn’t fit into elevator. He told me that he will take back the sofa without any solution. I gave him suggestions to fit into elevator and he responded with arrogant and said do not tell me how to do my job. I also offered him with a tip, he converted the whole conversation into bribe and accusing me for no reason. He took back the sofa without complete out from lobby which didn’t delivery into my unit and I begged him like a beggar to leave in lobby which I had already paid and wanted to setup in my house. It was my worst worst experience, later with the help of my cousin we fit into elevator and got the sofa myself up in elevator. Paying 2.5k and struggle to get my sofa, this is unacceptable behaviour and service by Brick. It’s not always we have to call customer service to figure of solution, make sure you train you field operation delivery team to use common sense in their job not with their attitude. If there is a problem, solution needs to be sorted and implemented, not to behave aggressive. If you can’t delivery what you promise don’t do the business. I am very upset with the service. I will never recommend to any one. Attached picture which shows myself with help of others bought sofa up into my unit.

    Extremely disappointed – two failed purchases, no accountability • I spent over $6,000 between the United Blvd and Lougheed Hwy Coquitlam Brick stores (a modular sofa + a new fridge). • Sofa delivery: arrived with one piece missing and a defective console. The delivery team tore open the bottom and duct-taped it to make it temporarily functional. • A replacement console was later delivered — also defective. • I was promised a repair appointment, but the technician never showed up, and I only received a call at 9 PM to say he might come the next day. • Management offered $150 compensation or to “wait indefinitely” for a working part. Still waiting a month later. • Decided to give The Brick another chance and purchased a $2,000 fridge from the Lougheed location. • Delivery window was 9:15 AM–12:15 PM — I unplugged my old fridge and emptied everything as instructed. • By 2 PM, still no delivery; team finally called saying they are coming to deliver the fridge only to come by to announce that their truck broke down. Then they drove away and hung up on me. • Both stores blamed each other, offered no help, and stopped returning calls. • I was left with all my food spoiled and contaminated, over $2,000 in groceries lost, no new fridge, and still a damaged, duct-taped sofa. • I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism, miscommunication, and lack of care from a company. • I deeply regret trusting The Brick twice. • I’m sharing this so others don’t go through the same frustration,

    Worst purchase experience ever! If I could give negative stars, I would! We bought a dining table set (around $1000) and a more expensive mattress from The Brick in Coquitlam — and both turned out to be huge mistakes. 🔹 Dining Table Set: It looked fine in the showroom, but once we brought it home and opened the boxes, we found multiple scratches, dents, and broken pieces right away. The quality is extremely poor — the chairs break with minimal use! Less than a month later, another chair broke again, after being used only 3–4 times! We asked to exchange it for a better model (not a refund), but they refused and only offered to replace the broken parts — even though we clearly told them we were not happy with the quality at all. Very disappointing customer service. 🔹 Mattress: We also purchased a pricey mattress that they claimed was “the best for back pain.” Since day one: • My hand goes numb when I sleep • It causes back pain • It is simply uncomfortable We complained — and again, they did nothing to help. ⸻ ❌ Overall: • Product quality: Below zero • Customer service: Terrible • Value for money: None They just want to sell and forget. No responsibility after the sale, no respect for customers. ⚠️ I do NOT recommend buying anything from The Brick. Biggest regret ever.
