I just tried going there to get a key cut and they said that they can’t cut my key because it has a do not copy on it. It’s to my own house. I’ve never had a problem with Rona not being able to cut my keys before I’m so upset not happy. I would like a manger to talk to the lady and guy at the front

Well stocked and online quantities are accurate. There is a good outdoor/garden centre that is easy to overlook. Their display area is constantly being updated and staff is helpful. It’s a Rona.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
