He was friendly and asked me if I needed help - and boy did I get the exact help I needed. He showed me 3 options and explained the benefit of each so I could make an informed decision. He did not push his opinion on me (blessing!). He also heard another sidebar challenge that I had and offered a solution. He definitely over delivered in service to me. Patient with my children also! Another experience 2yrs ago I had when I came in looking for a ring to secure a buzzing sound on my car. The exact part I needed was not available anywhere but Purdam listened to my need and came up with a great solution that is working well to this day. Also, this team seems to really enjoy working together. There is a sense of safety and security here. Team Cohesion. People who are a bit jaded from past workplaces seem to come here and enjoy being part of this team. Thanks!

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
