  Highly, highly recommended - FIVE STARS for the product; FIVE STARS FOR THE STORE OWNERS. I had never heard of this place; never knew it existed. We needed a reliable, dependable, well-engineered vacuum. My conundrum - I grew up with rotary phones, no Internet, computers, WiFi, GPS, self-driving cars, cable TV, GPS, AI; I am technologically challenged. The most I knew about vacuums was asking someone for help to change the vacuum bag in our SEARS KENMORE cannister vacuum back on Long Island, New York. Did some research. Determined SEBO fit the bill. Called the main headquarters of SEBO, described what I needed. The rep asked my zip code, and recommended I either place my order through their fully-authorized representative in Sun City, or order it through main headquarters, boxed and all; maybe, their Sun City designee would have my model in stock. One of their owners, PAUL, provided superb service, well above and beyond the call of duty. We reserved the vacuum of choice in the back room ( my wife picked the color), I told him exactly when we'd be back with the payment. I'm convinced PAUL in a previous life must have been a teacher; he was patient explaining vacuum basics to both my wife and I, features; how to connect pieces; trial run vacuuming store's carpet. He was courteous, professional; puts vacuums together easier and quicker than stripping down a rifle. He spent about 2 hours going over the vacuum with both of us - always assuring us we could do it, like the little engine that could. And he said he would register the product or us. One of his sons I met, DALLAS, was also courteous, friendly, and amiable, and I'm sure his other son, GARREN, is also. Nice people. Highly trustworthy. The warranty on a SEBO is ten years. No matter how great a product is or its engineering, the factor more important is the people who will fix your product or assist you if it should malfunction. And this crew is FIVE STARS!

  I had a fantastic experience at Sun City Vacuums! Garren was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly — he really took the time to understand my needs and helped me decide which vacuum was the best fit without any pressure toward one brand or another. He even assembled the vacuum for me and brought it out to my car, which was truly top-tier service. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend Sun City Vacuums for all your vacuum needs!

  After 14 years of normal use, my Dyson finally broke and I wanted something a bit more high quality. My wife and I did some research, and we wanted to see what the Miele C3 was like in person. We have a kitten that sheds quite a bit and the normal department store brands just weren't cutting it anymore. The Dyson was decent at this, but had failed to turn off just days before and we needed a new vacuum. I was impressed with the Miele and the feature set on the home care model and we decided to purchase. So far, we have not been disappointed. It is incredibly quiet and has amazing suction. Almost too amazing on full power. Unlike other vacuums, the suction is manually adjustable or has an automatic setting which seems to somehow just works when switching between carpet, hard floors, and furniture with the attachments. I wouldn't use the automatic setting on light fabrics and the manual even warns about that. The filtration on this thing seems to be a step above the rest, even the Dyson. My wife and I a both allergy sufferers and neither of us sneezed after cleaning last night. The salesman was very knowledgeable, he knows the brands well. I would recommend this place if looking for a better quality vacuum. I would definitely buy one again at this location.

  I had a wonderful experience At Sun City, vacuum and Sewing originally, I had taken my old vacuum in for a tuneup and fell in love with a new vacuum. It is amazing, and the instructions were given to me completely by Garren If anyone is looking for a new vacuum, I would suggest going there😃

  We took our sweeper in for service. It was fixed in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I sew and found they also service sewing machines. I will be using them for both in the future.
