I’ve been going here for 6 years. Usually when the washer/dryer at my apartment building is occupied or out of order. Well today our dryer wasn’t working, so I rushed my wet work uniforms plus 2 additional loads I was intending to wash over to this laundromat. As I’m walking over to the dryer, the old gray hair lady snaps at me that I have to wash them before I’m allowed to dry them. I’m about to give you my money and you’re going to treat a 6 year customer like that. Nope, time to give my money to a different laundromat now. Plus this place smells bad.

If you’re not pretentious, this is your place. $3 washers, and 25 cents per 10 minutes of drying time. I usually dry on low/medium, but used high since I read other reviews, and the dryers are still drying much lower than the setting. Otherwise, the staff and people there were just fine. I don’t know what’s going on with the bad reviews but from meeting some people around Arizona, I’ve got some assumptions lol

I want so much to rate this small locally owned business with 5+ stars, however after doing my laundry there for several months I found that the woman who workd the closing shift is just unkind. I stopped going in the evening because of how unpleasant she makes me feel. She is rude, never smiles and trys to engage customers in conversation (negative) about other customers.
I came back today in the afternoon hoping to find a better environment. I DID NOT. She was so unpleasant to not only myself but other customers that came in about 15 min before the last load allowed time. I felt like she was trying to get them to not do there laundry.
This place is a 5 star establishment as long as you go in the morning. . Otherwise stearclear of the forever grinch that works closing. Not a people person at all.

WORST PLACE EVER. First of all, the place is tiny and full of old, rundown machines. Not the hugest issue, but there it is. The bad stuff starts in the parking lot and just continues on. First, the parking lot is so pitted and craggy, 2 of our party (an adult AND child) tripped and fell, injuring themselves. There is NOTHING (paint, cones, etc) to indicate the uneven ground. Going in, we're immediately harassed by the old lady "managing" things. We have a lot of clothes, which is why we came to a laundromat in the first place. She doesn't harass anyone else, but goes out of her way to say we can only use 2 washers, that we're in the way, rolls her eyes at a child who was actually behaving, and is generally being what anyone would describe as a "c-u-next-Tuesday". She's continues on, making a big to-do, acting as if she can't get by (even though the way isn't blocked and, even if it was, we would have been happy to move out if the way). Then I go out for a sec, coming back in to move the wet clothes to the dryer. As soon as she sees me, she tells me to move my clothes. Yeah, I know to move them. You told me I can only use 2 washers and I have 4 loads of clothes. OF COURSE, I'm moving them. 🙄 It got to the point where I had to tell her to stop harassing me. That this is my first time here and I don't know all of her rules (not that she's telling anyone else what to do), but not to worry...I WON'T be coming back. She kind of slows down with her antics after that. But still, she makes it a point to move my carts or tell me to move them. Also, the dryers are a rip-off. They barely dry for like ¢50 and ¢75 a pop. Just a HUGE pain with a rude woman. NEVER AGAIN. 😡

You have to to put your soap In 🧼 when water starts running An if you put it In Rite away it will just Drain in then your clothes won't wash right away so avoid doing laundry here I Recommend to Read or talk to the employees about the washer to make it look easier to Understand so you dont end up like those who just put your soap in To fast.
