- KBKelsey Barrett4 days ago5.0Jimbo came out next day when my father unexpectedly passed away and we couldn’t get a gun safe code to work. He was skilled and efficient but also, more importantly, endlessly kind and compassionate. I cannot recommend his company highly enough.
- PPpilotguyDec 28, 20253.0First trip they made three keys using mine as there template. When I looked at them they did not match me and j was concerned they would not work. The owner was fairly abrupt and told me they knew what they were doing. I paid and drove 40 miles to test the new keys in the aircraft ignition o my to find out that they did NOT work as I had feared. So another trip to the locksmith who after looking at the keys saw the difference and re- did them. They just brushed off their mistake and did not seem to understand the inconvenience I experienced. The new keys dis work so that is good. But their cavalier attitude was unfortunate. That is why I gave them 3 out of 5.
