He let me know there was a dead area, sprayed it as a preventative, and said that our contractor can rip out the damaged area and replace. He was understanding of all of our concerns with the house and in an efficient and affordable manner had everything addressed. He was informative, professional, and kind. Our dogs liked him as well. I look forward to working with Chris in the future!
