My realtor introduced me to the company and since the home purchase Patriot is my go-to for pest and termite concerns. Kevin and Ethan are AWESOME! Kevin came out initially to take care of a termite issue caused by water damage. He got me on the annual plan. Ethan then took care of the annual termite prevention and addressed any potential rodents in the attic and roof area. My roofing company commended Ethan's work as exceptional rodent proofing workmanship that was the best they'd seen. A kind, considerate, pro team out in the field and in the office that's honest, trustworthy and does the job right. Shout out to Kevin, Shane, Chris, Receptionist and Ethan! First call to Patriots I Spoke with JACKIE. I could hear her smile over the phone. She listened completely, very compassionate to my needs. Jackie arranged for an inspection at our house, the very next day. Jackie explained completely what to expect during the inspection so I was aware, no surprises. She made me feel at ease and in great hands! CHRIS GRAVES, the inspector who came out to our house, was very professional, and a great listener. Highly intelligent and willing to take the extra step to help put your concerns at rest. Chris Graves inspected inside our house, climbed in the attic and outside. Chris found areas of concern and addressed and handled them. We signed up for rodents and pest control throughout the year. I can now rest in peace at night. Thank you, Jackie and Chris Graves!

Jared comes to our house to spray for bugs and pests, he's incredibly professional, arriving on time and gives me a call prior to let me know he's on his way.
