He was nearby and came to my home after his appointment. I was thoroughly impressed with his attention to the mechanism and how he was able to adjust the tension without having to order any parts. His professionalism & attitude was refreshing ~ he completed repairs in a very short time. He is very courteous and I highly recommend him.
