- P1Prattler 1Dec 29, 20255.0“Safe, Spotless, and Loaded with RV Friendly Features” For the past two year, we have rented a 15×50 indoor RV unit to store our belongings and a small RV while house hunting, and the facility checked every box we cared about. We like that the property is fully fenced, gated, and secured with cameras, and the phone app for gate access makes coming and going easy. Our unit had plenty of lighting, garage door opener (no lifting or pulling a heavy door open or close), and 50/30/20 amp electrical outlets. The RV dump station and vehicle wash area were huge bonuses. The entire facility is spotless. Pest control is clearly taken seriously — we never saw a single sign of rodents or issues during our stay. Between the cleanliness, the amenities, and the friendly staff (especially Rain, the site manager), it’s obvious they take pride in the place. There are several indoor RV storage options in Prescott, but we chose Granite Dells because it was close to where we are living, incredibly clean, and had every convenience we needed-especially the two bathrooms on site for tenants and free coffee. Five stars all the way.
