Casey and his team set the gold standard for customer service and quality. Casey has always been friendly, professional, and exceptionally responsive. Yesterday, $200 in cash slipped out of my pocket while I was dropping off boxes at my unit. I didn’t realize it was missing until after closing, though I was fairly certain where it had fallen. In a panic, I left Casey a voicemail—fully aware of how unlikely it sounded to ask if anyone had found cash lying on the ground. The next morning, Casey personally called to let me know he had found the money in front of my unit and was holding it for me. To say I was impressed by his honesty and professionalism is an understatement. Integrity is rare these days, but at Armored Mini Storage it’s unmistakably present. Casey’s actions speak volumes—and they tell you everything you need to know about this business.
